October is...

October is National Down Syndrome Awareness Month! In the future we plan on participating in a Buddy Walk™. The Buddy Walk™ is a 1-mile walk to raise funds and awareness, and to promote inclusion and acceptance of individuals with Down syndrome. In 2007 more than 270 Buddy Walk™ events took place, over $9.5 million dollars was raised nationwide, and more than 230,000 individuals participated in a Buddy Walk™. However, since Grace is so little this year and Buddy Walk™ is during Conference, we decided to pass on it. Feel free to check out the website to locate a Buddy Walk™ in your area. We are so thankful for our little angel. Little Miss Grace, with a pretty face...we love you!

Hi Jaci! I love that you have a blog (and it is a good one!! How do you find time to update?). I haven't yet had the time to do the Buddy Walk post (maybe I'll direct people to yours???).

Your Grace is adorable! I think we have the market on cute Grace's in the area. We are excited to meet you tonight!

All of these pictures of Grace sleeping are killing me. First of all because she is so cute, and second because it makes her seem like such a pleasant little baby!
