Grant is learning so much every day. We have stopped counting how many words he knows because it seems like he learns one if not more, every day. He loves to talk with mommy and daddy but gets shy when others are around. However, it doesn't take him too long to warm up. Anyway, we thought we would share some of the fun things Grant likes to do.
* He knows where his head, hair, ears, eyes, nose, mouth, knees, toes and elbows are. He loves to point to them when you name the body part but mostly enjoys pointing to the specified area on mommy and daddy.
* He enjoys using the word blast. :-)
* He has started asking where Daddy is...oh, probably about a million times a day. When he is told that Daddy is at work, he says, "Oh!"
* When he asks where Daddy is, or the cat, or the dog, or a toy, he holds his little hands up, lifts up his shoulders, crinkles his nose, tips his head to one side and has a puzzled look on his face, all while saying, "Where go?" It is honestly the cutest thing we have ever seen!
* He prefers to take just one nap and it is usually NEVER over 45 minutes unless Mommy holds him the entire time.
* He loves basketball and horses.
* He loves to read still
* Did we mention he loves basketball?
* He has discovered Lucky Charms, Trix and Slurpees (or as he calls them: urpees)
* He loves to dance and thinks he is pretty darn cool when he walks backwards (he usually claps for himself afterwards)
Anyway, he is doing tons of other cute things but we don't want to write a novel. It just goes to show that he is indeed the cutest boy ever!
