I apologize for the picture overload but when you have such a good lookin' family, it is hard to choose just a few! :-)

In October, Grandma and Grandpa B. and Uncle Pete came out to visit. We planned on blessing Amelia while they were here but then found out it was Stake Conference. So, we decided to have her blessed at home.

My parents were able to come up from GA for the blessing, too. Adam's aunt and uncle and some friends also joined us.

Adam did a wonderful job on the blessing. Before the blessing, Adam had my dad and his dad say a few words.

Grant then informed us that he wanted to say something but once he had everyone's attention he changed his mind. Later on, he expressed to Adam that he had wanted to say, "I know families are forever and I'm glad my sister is part of my family."I thought that was priceless.

Gracie loves Amelia and is constantly wanting to hold her and kiss her.
And Amelia is a good sport and usually welcomes the hugs and kisses.

I cannot wait to see what kind of a relationship these two will have. I can already tell that it will be a special one.

We are so lucky to have Amelia Jane in our family and I too am thankful that families can be together forever!
