Reading to Boston

Lately, Grant has been a bit obsessed with babies. He is always signing baby and asking me, "Baby? Mommy...baby!" About a month ago, I decided to take him to Target to get him a baby. That is how baby Boston joined our family. Grant named him and now calls him Bosty. Anyway, he is pretty cute with Boston. He puts him down for naps everyday and also puts him to bed. My favorite though, is when he gives Boston his bottle and then proceeds to burp him. Grant puts Bosty on his shoulder and pats the dolls back. So cute!
Today, Grant was playing with Bosty and told me, "Read a Bosty!" He then got off the couch and 'read' to Boston. Actually, he just stuck Boston in the book. Have I done that to Grant? Nope, I don't think so. I guess Boston just needed a closer look at the pictures.
I'm pretty sure Boston thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. I know I got a kick out of it.

Cute pictures, my parents actually gave me a baby when I was little too. I was really creative and named it baby. I actually still have that thing somewhere.

That is really funny that he takes care of his little baby. I do have one question though: how does Adam feel about the baby? I am not sure if that would fly with Nathan! :) But then again, neither does anything with cutsie animals on it...which is about everything for babies.

Adam actually had a baby when he was little so he is alright with it. Besides, it is a boy doll so I guess that makes it okay. Maybe Nathan will change as time goes on! LOL

What a cute daddy! I totally think it's great for boys to have babies... they need the practice as much as girls!

Okay, that's probably the cutest thing I have ever seen! Can I just say that I love that name too? Where did he come up with Boston? Grant is adorable. I'm sure that every good man has had a baby doll as a child. How else is he going to learn how to be a good brother and dad? I'm so proud of you Grant!!!
